Working hard feels like progress. It's not the same thing as running a business. Hustle without sales attached is comfortable — you're busy, so it feels like it's working. I spent eight months telling myself that. You don't find out until you try to convert someone.

I don't get why people hate on AI/LLM tools so much, but Claude has been one of the best things to happen to me. It lets me explore, tear down, reverse-engineer, and experiment with stuff I'd never have touched before. I fail constantly. I love every minute of it.

Everyone tells you to 'just build a website and you're in business.' Nobody tells you the website is the part that doesn't matter.
