Project Overview
This is a rebuild of my Toronto EMD site — not a case study. I’m restructuring it around local search intent, cleaning up the layout, and tightening the conversion path so the site is actually useful (and scalable) instead of just “looking good.”
Goal: make the site easier to navigate, easier for Google to understand, and easier for visitors to take the next step.
This log is where I track changes, wins, mistakes, and what I’m fixing next.
- Local service & location silos (planned for scale)
- Internal linking map (support pages → money pages)
- Hero & form cleanup (clear CTA, less noise)
- Trust signals & proof (reviews, badges, real examples)
- Speed & mobile fixes (remove bloat, simplify sections)
